I absolutely love what I do and am so very excited to now be using my "hobby" turned lifestyle to help others now too! Getting feedback from clients saying how much they just enjoyed the dinner they made from their menu plan,using an ingredient they were unsure about, or even better getting that text letting me know that they've been sticking to the menu plan & are really starting to feel better because of it...it's been so exciting and honestly just total FUN for me! HOMEMADE HUMMUS:
*1 Can Organic ChickPeas (Garbanzo Beans) option:Use fresh soaked and cooked beans if you prefer. You can add in some of the liquid brine as well to help thin it.
*2cloves Garlic
*1 Tbs Tahini
*Fresh squeezed lemon juice and/or water to thin ( adjust to taste)
-season with S&P and Cumin , blend in processor and add water till desired thickness is achieved.
